Answer Calls – Confirm Estimates – Automate Check-ins
There are three demo scenarios to choose from. One is Inbound, the receptionist, so you will be calling in to start that one. The other two are Outbound—a pre-estimate confirmation call and a post-job check-in call. These will call the number you provided on the form.
Inbound
Call this number: 412-534-3407
Receptionist – call in as though you are a homeowner in need of a new roof. Ask some questions, then book an estimate.
Outbound
Answer the call from this number: 412-534-3407
Pre-Estimate Confirmation – you will receive a call from Acme Home Improvements calling the day prior to a scheduled appointment. The call will be to confirm the day and time are still good for you. You may answer “yes” or “no”, either is fine. Test it out.
Post-Job Check-in – you will receive a call from Acme Home Improvements following a kitchen remodel. Alex will ask how it went, Please provide whatever feedback you wish.
